Dress comfortably with layers.
Drink plenty of water before and after your EE session. It will help your body transfer the energy.
Come with an open heart and mind; Ready to unplug, relax and support your body’s overall wellness.
What to Bring to your EE Session:
- Sleep Eye Mask if you’d like complete darkness.
- Comfortable socks to keep you warm and cozy.
- Blanket and/or Pillow if you plan on sleeping or resting during your session.
- Headphones or Ear Plugs for noise cancellation or to listen to your preferred meditation music.
